Delivery Cost

£3.99 - Economy Track delivery (2-3 days after dispatch)

£4.99 - Express Track delivery (1-2 days after dispatch)

We only ship within UK at the moment, we use Royal Mail services.

Dispatch Time

We will pack your orders as quickly as possible and please allow us to dispatch your orders within 2 business days, this excludes weekends and bank holidays. Our cut off time is 5pm.

Economy and Express Track delivery time are calculated AFTER dispatch. 

 

Late or Missing Delivery

Delivery time is out of our control after once your order dispatched, we recommend you to get in touch with Royal Mail with the tracking provided. If you need further assist, please get in touch to [email protected]

 

Changes and Cancellation on orders

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible to [email protected] 

If your order has not been dispatched, we will do what we can to accommodate your request. If order has already dispatched, it will have to follow the regular return and refund procedure. Please also note that while you are waiting for the order that you would like to make changes or cancel, we will not be able to sent you a placement or issue a refund. You will also be liable to pay for the return postage as same as our regular return and refund terms. 

 

Return & Refund

We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging including the box of the item if it comes with one. Original packaging means completely sealed and unopened. You will have to inform us as soon as possible to [email protected] and ensure your items arrive within 14 days.

If 14 days has passed, we are sorry we will not be able to accept your return, offer you a refund or exchange unfortunately. 

I am sorry we are not able to offer free return, you are liable for the return postage. Please also ensure the items pack securely when returning your orders and within 14 days. Any items arrived with damaged packaging or late, refund will not be issued and you are responsible for any extra postage if you want your items back. 

We aim to issue the refund within 3-5 days after we received and approved your returns. 

 

Something Wrong with Your Orders

We are very sorry we do make mistakes sometimes, if we have packed you a wrong items, missed one of your items or you have received a faulty or damage product, please let us know within 5 days. Photo must be provided for faulty or damaged products. We will give you a solution as soon as we investigated the issue.
